Who shall you be?

This demonstration has been set up with five people so you can see the app through each of their eyes. Everything below is one side, seen from a different chair.

Alfred — holds no office What everybody can do, which is most of it: answer for anybody, add a dance out, write up a meeting, ask the side a question and vote. Nella — Squire What everybody can do, and in addition: uploads documents · edits dance outs · runs the polls. Margery — Foreman What everybody can do, and in addition: edits dances · builds dance lists · plans practices. Tobias — Bagman and Secretary What everybody can do, and in addition: edits the music · uploads documents · edits dance outs · corrects sent minutes. Rowan — an admin Everything the four above can do, and the lists behind them: who is a member, who holds which office, what the side is called and what it looks like. An admin also turns parts of the app on and off, from the Admin tab.
